Zyobet is committed to the highest standards of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance and requires management and employees to adhere to these standards to prevent the use of our services for money laundering purposes.
1. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We actively monitor account activity for signs of suspicious transactions. Any transactions that are deemed suspicious may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players are prohibited from transferring funds between accounts or using third-party payment methods.
2. Know Your Customer (KYC)
In order to ensure a safe gaming environment and comply with licensing requirements, we reserve the right to request verification documents from our users. This process may include:

- Proof of Address (Utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months)
- Proof of Payment Method (Screenshot of e-wallet or photo of credit card with middle digits hidden)
Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds.
